These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FastLaunchAPI template (“Template”) provided by FastLaunchAPI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Template, you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template within your own organization for the development of personal or commercial applications.

Permitted Use:

  • You may use the Template to create, deploy, and maintain applications for yourself or your organization.
  • You may modify the Template source code to suit your project requirements.
  • You may share the Template internally within your team or organization that directly purchased the license.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Resell, re-license, redistribute, or repackage the Template, whether in original or modified form, as a standalone product or as part of another template, kit, or framework.
  • Publish or upload the Template or any substantial portion of it to any public or private code repositories, including but not limited to GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or file-sharing services.
  • Share access to the Template outside your organization or team. Each license is intended for a single team or organizational unit.
  • Use the Template as the foundation for a competing product, generator, or template intended for redistribution or commercial resale.

Any use of the Template beyond what is expressly permitted in these Terms will be deemed a breach of contract.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Template remain the sole property of FastLaunchAPI. Your license grants you limited rights to use the Template but does not confer any ownership interest.

You may not represent the Template or derivative works as your own framework or template for public or commercial distribution.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license without notice if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms,
  • You engage in unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or resale of the Template, or
  • You attempt to circumvent licensing or access controls.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Template and delete all copies. No refunds will be issued for terminated licenses due to a breach of these Terms.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The Template is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Template, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or project failures.

6. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right under the Digital Content Directive and Directive 2011/83/EU to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days unless you have begun downloading or accessing the content.

By purchasing and accessing the Template, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued use of the Template after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Template is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the Template is at your sole risk.

FastLaunchAPI and its owners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, or interruption of business, arising out of the use or inability to use the Template, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastLaunchAPI, its affiliates, and its developers from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Template, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where FastLaunchAPI is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
